Implementing Green Economy Concepts in Rural Villages to Foster Sustainable Development

A Green Economy is one that results in improved human well-being and social equity, while significantly reducing environmental risks and ecological scarcities. It is a low-carbon, resource-efficient, and socially inclusive economy. This research paper explores the implementation of Green Economy concepts in various aspects of rural village communities, including the agrarian sector, small businesses, tourism sector, disaster mitigation, and building independent villages. The paper also examines the utilization of alternative materials in promoting a circular economy. Through this research, we aim to evaluate the feasibility of implementing Green Economy strategies in rural villages and to identify the role of stakeholders in supporting these initiatives.
